Please say “hello” to Karen! Our Sound Community Services, Director of Outpatient Services, Cassie states, “It is my honor to announce the promotion of Karen to Clinic Office Manager. Karen has been a team member at Sound Community Services for over the past 3 years and has been a staple employee throughout her time. Karen is the definition of accountable and will accomplish projects with excellence. Karen has been and continues to be a do-er and gets things done with compassion and respect. Due to Karen taking on many different rolls in the clinic she has a depth of knowledge of this agency particularly the clinic and will be a key component of day-to-day communications.”
Before Karen’s promotion, she was our Client Access Supervisor of our CAR team. Karen states, “I would just like to say that I truly enjoy working for Sound. I love our commitment to our persons served and to helping them better their lives utilizing the many resources we have. Personnel here make it very easy to want to come to work each day. To feel valued, heard, supported, and respected gives me a sense of belongingness and for that I am thankful!”
