Our Oasis Center at Sound Community Services recently brought its clients to Get Fired Up, a paint your own pottery studio, located in Pawcatuck where everyone is an artist! Art, such as painting, can be very therapeutic in many ways by helping to improve mental health and recovery. It’s a wonderful way for someone to express themselves, which in return can be healing.
We have some very talented Oasis Center clients who created some beautiful take home pieces at Get Fired Up to enjoy!
