Sound Community Services Leadership Team Member Nichole Fenton

Nichole graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Masters in Social Work to go on to obtain her License in Clinical Social Work (LCSW).

Nichole brings with her experience providing direct care in residential programs, case management programs and clinical services. She first began her journey at Sound in 2015 providing Outpatient Services and developing the Intensive Outpatient Program. Through this, she grew her passion for program development and Quality.

Nichole’s passion for helping others shines throughout her professional and personal life. She has a mission to end the stigma and promote mental health awareness in the community. She understands that in the midst of mental illness and/or addiction having someone who shows support and provides hope in what seems hopeless can be life changing.

In her role as Chief Quality Officer, Nichole is focused on ensuring individuals can utilize SCSI as one of their “roads” in recovery and an “avenue” for hope, working with our team to ensure we are providing the highest quality of services.
