Jennifer Ferrigno, Senior Director of Compliance & Risk Management

Jennifer comes to SCSI with over 25 years of experience in healthcare administration. As a certified coder, coding trainer and compliance professional she has had the privilege of directing teams in Revenue Cycle Management, Compliance, Scheduling & Intake, and Credentialing & Enrollment. Jennifer holds a BS in business management from the University of Phoenix.

Jennifer was drawn to Sound’s strong sense of teamwork, empowering their employees and clients through thoughtfulness, integrity, compassion, and opportunity. It’s exciting and energizing to be a part of such a progressive team.

When not at work, Jennifer enjoys time with her family and friends, reading, bowling, cooking, and baking.

Jennifer is responsible for the development, management and organization of the agency’s compliance efforts, managing risk, as well as leading the Revenue Cycle Team. Jennifer also sits on the executive team to guide strategy towards new initiatives and goals for the organization.
