A Message About COVID-19
To our friends, clients, and community members,
It is heartbreaking to see the suffering and uncertainty that the COVID-19 virus is causing all over the world. We must all take great care and exercise caution in everything we do. Our most important concern is the health and safety of our clients and our employees.
To do our part in minimizing the spread of the virus and to protect our clients and our employees we will be following guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and other local and national health organizations.
We have implemented the following safety measures:
- Increased the frequency of schedule cleanings and sanitation of all our facilities
- Implemented a screening process for symptoms of CONVID-19 for all clients prior to their appointments
- Utilized telemedicine wherever possible in order to comply with directives given by the State of Connecticut
- Required that our employees take precautionary health measures, including frequent hand washing, social distancing, staying home when sick, and staying home if members of their household are sick
Because we do not provide medical care for physical health, we cannot answer questions pertaining to the COVID-19 virus. We suggest that you contact your Primary Care Physician (PCP) or either one of the healthcare hotlines below:
- Hartford Health Call Center: (833) 621-0600
- Yale Call Center: (833) 275-9644
Without our employees, we would not have the privilege of serving each of you daily, and we thank them for all that they do and for their unwavering spirit.
On behalf of our entire team, we thank you for your support. This is a challenging time for all of us and we will get through this together. Let's all protect and care for one another.
