At Sound Community Services, we are committed to implementing an integrated approach to all services offered to the people we serve. On Thursday January 10, 2019, the agency held its first All Staff Meeting of the new year, where we rolled out goals for the future that encompass integration between departments, wellness and the process of developing healthy functional teams. We also experienced friendly conversation, synergy and connection between programs that don’t usually get the chance to connect.
Integration, it’s not a sport that can be experienced from the bleacher; it requires full participation!
