Please say “hello” to Sarah! Sarah has been with Sound Community Services for over seven years and is our Recruitment & Training Coordinator in our Human Resources Department.
Sarah states, “I started my career at Sound working at the front desk, which afforded me the opportunity to meet and get to know most of our staff and most of our clients, and to learn a little bit about every department at Sound. I’ve had the good fortune of being supervised by and working closely with some amazing people, from whom I have learned so much, and who helped me grow both professionally and as a person.”
Sarah greets you with a smile and that same smile can light up the room. She also has a laugh that is contagious, you can’t help to laugh too. If you are having a bad day, guaranteed Sarah will be able to put a smile on your face as she has a heart of gold. She also has an amazing “green thumb”. Her office is adorned with plants and has been known to help save many office plants from a doomed fate.
Being Sound Community Services Recruitment & Training Coordinator, Sarah works very closely with each program. Sarah states, “I’ve been working in HR for about 3 years now, and I love it! I am so fortunate to meet and interact with everyone that works at Sound, and to work closely with our leaders as they develop their amazing teams.”
