SWOT in Action

Today I spent 3 amazing hours with the case management teams from Housing, CSP and BHH.

After a delicious lunch, we discussed the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats at the agency that will help to frame out our next 3-5 year strategic plan. It’s critical to the success of our strategic plan to capture information from our employees, clients and stakeholders. This allows us to develop cascading goals that live in the spirit of key agency priorities and keeps each of us sailing together in the same direction.

Our incredible team shared honest and valuable information; I was so impressed with the level of trust they have for each other and as a team in general.

Thank you to our team for your contribution to the process, and for providing me with a deep dive into your thoughts about the agency. I’m humbled and honored.
