Amy Roe
Amy Roe, Director of outpatient services
Amy is a passionate social worker who focuses on enjoying whatever task she is engaged with, regardless of circumstance. With loads of positive energy, Amy looks to provide an experience of support and understanding for all staff and persons served she encounters.
Amy has worked in the human services field in a variety of settings, including in-home family support, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), college behavioral health services, and methadone maintenance. After obtaining her master’s degree in social work from Boston University, she joined the SCSI team where she worked for four years in multiple programs. After several years with other non-profit organizations, Amy returned to SCSI as Director of Outpatient Services in 2022.
Within this role, Amy looks to simplify and streamline all areas of outpatient services while continuing to provide premier behavioral health care for those who seek help at SCSI. She relishes any opportunity to utilize data to improve performance and validate results.
When not in the office, Amy enjoys spending time with her rescue dog and husband, taking long drives by the shore, and enjoying an extra hot cup of coffee.
