Join us for a vibrant day of connection, creativity, and community — celebrating recovery with hands-on activities, movement, and more.

Event date is September 24, 2025, from 10 AM to 4 PM at Harkness Memorial State Park, 275 Great Neck Rd, Waterford, CT 06385. Activities include:

  • Color Your Journey – Make your own tie-dye t-shirt

  • Rooted in Growth – Pot and plant your own take-home greenery

  • Rock Solid – Paint and decorate stones to keep

  • Reflections in Ink – Guided journaling with prompts for self-expression

  • Center & Sound – Breathwork such as Ujjayi, or meditation circle facilitated by a certified practitioner
